The Development of the Youth Athlete: Start to Finish

The current state of youth athletic development is abysmal – from a lack of fundamental movement skills to early specialization and improper training.

Research has shown that this leads to higher rates of burn-out, increased risk of soft-tissue and overuse injuries, and a decrease in performance.
