After the course, we continued talking about how we could promote smart strength training to boost resiliency and reduce frailty. Through proper strength training, we can combat a lot of age-related diseases and maintain vigor throughout life.
We decided to begin a series detailing the benefits of strength training and how to properly progress, regress, and execute certain movements. This past week our article was published in the Journal of Bodywork and Movement Therapy.
