I am currently in the process of writing an E-Book where I will discuss how I use fasting and various other methods to shed body fat while retaining muscle. It will include a ton of studies and research as well as some dieting templates that you can try. I will also tackle some common questions (is a calorie a calorie, IIFYM, etc), so it will be a very well rounded project.
